Sing, Sing, Sing raised more than £21k for Mental Health

More than 200 singers in eight choirs sang their hearts out in the Music Hall in Aberdeen in front of an audience of 800 people to raise money for VSA’s Changing Lives Campaign. Presented by Fiona Kennedy and Laura Pike, funds in excess of £21,000 were raised to build a new residential facility in the city which will be a great addition to the mental health services and a helping hand to as many people as possible.

Amongst the choirs were The Braeside Singers, a new choir in the west of Aberdeen. Founded only in 2018, The Braeside Singers are a community choir open without audition for everyone. Members have a variety of personal and musical backgrounds and they aim to explore a wide range of genres and provide singers with a fun and enjoyable experience. The choir is lead by German conductor and composer Tobias Patrick Wolf.
